Atkins’ iconic design for Regatta Apartments in Jakarta is a simple but dynamic concept with a nautical theme. The clusters of apartment buildings represent elegant sailing yachts departing from the cardinal points of a compass, giving rise to its name ‘Regatta.’ The centre piece is a five star, aerodynamically shaped arch hotel overlooking the Java Sea, surrounded by ten luxury apartment towers each named after major port cities of the world. Two serviced apartments, a water park and basement parking facilities complete the luxury 11 hectare mixed use development.

This striking landmark is visible from land, air and sea and was formally acclaimed in 2010 with the Bali Congress Award, a Prix d‘Excellence awarded by the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI.
