Atkins has provided valuable support to Synerail, the consortium responsible for installing and maintaining wireless communication on France’s rail network, in our appointment as lender’s technical advisor.

Our involvement in this Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract included technical due diligence reviews of the contracts and sub-contracts at initial bid, best and final offer stage, preferred bidder stage and financial close.

Atkins now has an ongoing monitoring role for the entire contract which covers the design and construction, and operations and maintenance phases.
