Atkins provided design of roads, drainage, utilities and ground remediation and included an innovative, award winning design solution for re-instating the river bank in an ecologically friendly fashion. In addition, we managed the masterplan and coordinated the engineering design.

Atkins played a pivotal role in the transformation of London's single largest brownfield site, along with obtaining planning permission for the Dome itself. The project, of strategic importance to the development of London, demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale regeneration projects within an urban environment, drawing on skills from across the Atkins Group.
