My roles and responsibilities have grown with Faithful+Gould from initially assisting others to now running my own projects.
How were you supported through this?
Faithful+Gould has offered regular support through its performance and development review programme, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Assessment of Professional Competence programme, secondments and more recently it’s the Management Development Programme.
How does the Management Development Programme help staff members?
It’s been developed to give promising young managers deeper business and client skills – over and above their day-to-day technical knowledge.
Do you have any professional accreditations?
I’m a probationary Member of the Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
